At last we are all able to celebrate again ! COVID has been so hard for everybody, thank goodness we are well and are able to attend weddings,christenings and parties. But there are many mums out there who are not so lucky where perhaps Mother's Day is a sad reminder of a mum no longer here- I am truly sorry, hold on to those good memories.

Well hand on heart I am sick and tired of wearing comfy, cosy, easy leisure wear which roughly translated means one step up from pyjamas !! I want to sort through my summer clothes and wear a dress WITHOUT boots. I can whole heartedly sympathise with those people who have SAD a condition that puts the patient into a state of weather /light controlled depression ( medically not 100% correct but you know what I mean). I am sure you feel just like me - I am tired of this never ending rainfall? I love to garden but hand on heart I am a bit of what I can only describe as a "fair weather gardener'' I only like to garden when the weather is fine. So I have just taken a look at my garden and all I can say is that I felt overwhelmed - there is so much to do !! The strong winds have blown over and smashed so many of my lovely garden pots that I shall have plenty to add to any new planters for drainage. Last autumn I can clearly recall looking at the garden and congratulating myself and my husband that the garden was what I call "on top", ready for the winter months and an easy Spring. No such luck the garden looks like it needs a mammoth amount of clearing up. WAIT!!! Then I saw a crocus just peeping through the soil, it is beautiful the colour of a Mediterranean sunset and it made me stop and think .... sometimes one has to look for the good and beauty in our surrounding and yes Spring and Summer are just around the corner which leads me nicely on. We are now busy sorting our way through some amazing new colourful styles for you.

So after a couple of years we have caved in and bought a puppy. I know, I know I said that after having Westie pups for 30 years out of our marriage ( I started very young !!!) and experiencing the sadness it brings when your dog dies that we would not have another. Well 2 years on and in spite of our grandson's pleading big blue eyes we kept to our decision, like an iron fist in a velvet glove until February 2nd 2022 ... we caved in, we failed miserably .....we bought a puppy for our grandson ! Hand on heart I think we were emotionally hijacked by a four legged cutie, she was now ours. Our grandson was so incredibly happy that he was frozen to the spot for a second or two, he genuinely was transfixed. Mr. Bag Heaven said it was the best money we have ever spent...I agreed . Little doe he realize that from now on we are keeping Zoflora in business, put it this way if Glade plug ins were an energy force we would have enough power to light up and supply every street in London. The adventure begins..................I will keep you posted.

Well I have to tell you our news because quite simply we are thrilled to bits and want to tell you .....we have just had our first customer from NEW YORK USA !!!! 

Ok for some businesses this may not be such a big deal, for us it is and we are super proud to tell you about it. We have received the loveliest of complimentary messages from her, we had the best choice of bags for her that she had seen on the net.

Well we certainly hope she loves her bag, tells her friends and we receive more orders from N.Y.......watch this space. So handbags cut across the Atlantic Ocean -Handbags speak louder than words. 

When did that happen ? I had been putting off doing some admin until I couldn't put it off any longer, it just had to be done. It was pretty straight forward, name, address, date of birth that kind of thing. So I began and everything was running smoothly until it came to date of birth DAY tick MONTH tick YEAR .......it was a wheel of years so I began to scroll down and down, BIG shock it suddenly dawned on me that I was no longer part of the 21 st century or so it seemed. I was no longer planning what to have for my 21st birthday present from my parents, who I would meet and spend 30 + years with, which house would be my first purchase, would I have children, on and on until I reached my date of birth and realisation quickly followed that I had done all those things and I was entering an age where toys of my childhood were now appearing at retro Sunday fairs, my era of music had become cool nostalgia.... I have to admit it was a shock. ! I knew , of course I knew but nothing hammers it home quite like that ' Age Wheel '
