before returning all unsuitable or faulty goods.

 

We accept returns within 14 days of order purchase date, when wishing to return an item please contact us via e-mail or telephone 07880795664 prior to returning the item.

1) The item must be received by us before any refund can be arranged.

2) The item must be returned in a re-saleable condition

3) The item must be in its original condition with all tags and labels attached and in original packaging.

4) You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us

5) We cannot be held responsible for any items which are lost whilst in return transit to us. We therefore recommend that you use a form of return delivery whereby the item can be tracked.

6) Any item which in our opinion has been used or soiled or not in original saleable condition will be exempt from our returns policy.

7) Adele Bags Ltd reserve the right to to re-claim the original postage and packaging fee from the refunded amount. This is at our discretion.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Goods
All items are quality checked prior to despatch by us. In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt we will provide a replacement item. When wishing to return a faulty item please contact us via e-mail or telephone 07880 795664 prior to returning the item.  The replacement will only be despatched when the faulty item is received back by us and we cannot be held responsible for any items which are lost whilst in return transit to us. We therefore recommend that you use a form of return delivery whereby the item can be tracked.

In the unlikely event that in our opinion the item has been deliberately damaged then the item will be sent to the manufacturer for inspection. No replacement will be issued until the manufacturer’s decision has been made.

If proof of postage cost is sent to us by e-mail or through the post then postage cost will be refunded when all the above conditions have been met.

Items Sent In Error
In the unlikely event that a different item is despatched to you than the item that you ordered then a replacement item will be sent to you immediately upon return of the wrongly received item. When wishing to return an item sent in error please contact us via e-mail or telephone 07880 795664 prior to returning the item.

The replacement will only be despatched when the faulty item is received back by us and we cannot be held responsible for any items which are lost whilst in return transit to us. We therefore recommend that you use a form of return delivery whereby the item can be tracked. Postage will be refunded if proof of postage cost is sent to us by e-mail or through the post.
